Manager Stuart Peace eyes Didcot Town league revival
Didcot Town manager Stuart Peace believes his side can end their poor run of form and climb the Zamaretto Premier Division.
Didcot's 4-2 defeat by Salisbury on Saturday means the Railwaymen have gone nine league games without a win.
"I'm very confident we'll have a strong second half of the season," Peace told BBC Oxford.
"We're playing good football but want to go on an unbeaten run and get a few wins, then it'll look different."
Peace, whose side are currently 18th in the table with 16 points from 20 games, added: "We just need some luck and a few decisions to go our way but I think if we continue playing like we are then we we will start picking up points."
Didcot midfielder Morgan Williams had a goal disallowed for an infringement against Salisbury on Saturday and Peace says big decisions like that have cost his side points.
"It's the little things that make a big difference and at the moment we are on the back end of it," he said.
I try to take the pressure off the players because I'd rather have them go out and play and let me worry about the rest.

"Decisions are not going our way. We had a perfectly good goal disallowed on Saturday, so we went 2-0 down at the break rather than going in 1-1 at half time.
"It isn't a confidence issue but when you're down at half time you can see confidence zapped from players and it is proving difficult because we're not getting the rub of the green."
Didcot have not won in the league since they defeated Hemel Hempstead 1-0 on 12 October. And, with a trip to eighth-placed Hednesford Town on Saturday, Peace admits he is feeling under pressure.
"The club haven't put me under pressure but I do put myself under pressure and I do feel it because results are down to me within reason," he said.
"I try to take the pressure off the players because I'd rather have them go out and play and let me worry about the rest.
"Confidence is always a big factor in football and we are a young side. We have big games coming up and we've got to make sure we are on it, but the players are fully aware of what they've got to do."
