Dartford boss Tony Burman has decided he will have to make some drastic changes to his team following their disappointing run over Christmas.
The Blue Square Bet South side are just one place above the relegation zone after defeats by Ebbsfleet United, Welling United and Chelmsford City.
"We have to look at maybe reshuffling the pack," Burman told BBC Radio Kent.
"We've given them a good chance but unfortunately it hasn't been working and I'm not happy where we are.
"No-one's happy [about] where we are," said Burman.
"I've got to try and get some players in who do want to give it their all.
"We've got to be active in doing what we want to do."
