Truro City have confirmed that veteran striker Barry Hayles is staying at Treyew Road.
The 38-year-old former Plymouth Argyle striker has extended his spell with the Tigers on a non-contract basis.
Truro boss Lee Hodges explained: "As far as we are concerned he is with us as part of the squad for the rest of the season now.
"It's no longer an issue, he's delighted to be part of the set-up and we're certainly very happy."
The Tigers are currently seven points clear at the top of the Southern Premier League and travel to Cambridge City on Saturday.
