Chippenham Town are out of the FA Trophy after losing their second qualifying round replay 3-1 at Lowestoft on Tuesday night.
The tie was 1-1 in 90 minutes with Alan Griffin scoring the equaliser for the Southern Premier outfit.
But Lowestoft scored twice in extra-time, the first a penalty, to go through to the third round.
Chippenham now miss out on what would have been an all-Wiltshire affair against Swindon Supermarine.
