Swindon Town manager Danny Wilson says his side's defence are still making the same mistakes after they scrambled a 3-3 draw at Yeovil on Saturday.
Wilson's side took the lead but then found themselves 3-1 down, before two late goals rescued a point.
"We've got to look at ourselves in certain areas and got to do better than that," Wilson told BBC Wiltshire.
"The only trouble we had in the first half were the problems we caused ourselves, nothing created by Yeovil."
Swindon lie in 16th place in League One, one point above the drop zone, and face Charlton at home on Tuesday night.
