Tonbridge Angels manager Tommy Warrilow has insisted he will not walk away from the club despite their dismal start to the Ryman League season.
The Angels began as one of the favourites for promotion but have lost five of their first eight league games.
"I've been here before and I've no intention of going anywhere - in case anyone thinks I'm going to walk away from it," Warrilow told BBC Radio Kent.
"I've been in a lot worse situations and I'm determined to sort it out."
He continued: "I've spoken to my board and they're 100% behind me.
"I'm glad they are because if they'd made a quick decision last year when we were on that awful run, we'd would never have got in the play-offs."
I'll sort it out, I'll get it right - I'm just asking the fans to be a bit patient

Warrilow felt his side had turned a corner last Saturday with their 2-1 win over Concord Rangers, but they were convincingly beaten by Cray Wanderers on Tuesday night.
"It's one step forward and two back again," he said. "We just didn't take our chances and fair play to Cray they took their chances and once a couple went in they wanted it a lot more than us.
"We've got a much-needed 10-day break day now - it gives me a chance to really try and freshen things up.
"My main concern at the moment is that the boys haven't gelled and I've been trying to address that for the last week or so.
"We're only eight games in but obviously the return on eight games isn't good enough.
"I'm looking at the table this morning and we're still seven points off the play-offs.
"I'll sort it out, I'll get it right - I'm just asking the fans to be a bit patient.
"I understand they're down in the dumps at the moment but we've got to stay together to come out the other end."
