Worcester City manager Carl Heeley eyes changes

Heeley is in his first full season in charge at Worcester

Worcester City manager Carl Heeley says he is running out of patience with some of his players and is considering making changes.

Worcester lost 2-1 to Workington on Saturday after taking the lead through Mark Danks before he missed a penalty.

"I can only watch it for so long and hope it gets right," Heeley told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"I will have to make sure it gets right, and if that means changes in personnel I will do it."

He added: "But I am waiting for a response from the boys.

"We are a young side and we are naive, but at this level if you do not learn quickly you get punished.

"What I am concerned about is getting us to perform for 90 minutes, you can't play for 45 minutes and hope to win games."
