Redditch United battled back from an early setback to earn a point against former league leaders AFC Telford at Valley Stadium.
Steve Abbott put Telford ahead in the first minute as Redditch feared another heavy home defeat.
But Matt Smith equalised for Redditch who went on earn their first point in five games.
The result means Telford drop one place to second in the Blue Square Bet North table.
Redditch United manager Matt Gardiner told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "We have been able to get a few new players in today and we are there are a few more we are looking at as we are still trying to strengthen.
"Some of the players haven't worked out and I am genuinely disappointed with some of them as they have definitely got the ability.
"But unfortunately for whatever reasons they just haven't grasped the nettle."
Manager Andy Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire:
"We gave them a goal, and something to fight for. If you listen to their dressing room, you'd think they'd won the World Cup"
