Alfreton boss Law not fazed by Kyle McFadzean exit

Alfreton Town manager Nicky Law
Law's side reached the Blue Square North play-off final last season

Alfreton Town manager Nicky Law insists he is not worried about the departure of influential defender Kyle McFadzean.

The 23-year-old joined Blue Square Bet Premier side Crawley Town last week.

But the Reds continued their fine start to the Blue Square Bet North season on Tuesday, beating Gainsborough 2-1 to record their fourth win in four games.

"There is no need to panic into bringing someone in for the sake of numbers. There are no alarm bells ringing," Law said.

"We have got a very good squad with plenty of competition in it and everyone is as happy as they can be after the start we have had.

"Matt Wilson has come in for Kyle and done really well and I can't see where anyone would fit in at the minute."
