Record-breaking Boston fire in nine goals at Redditch
Anthony Church has scored in all three of Boston's matches this season
Boston United recorded their biggest away league win with a 9-0 drubbing of Redditch in Blue Square Bet North.
Danny Davidson, Shaun Pearson and Anthony Church each netted twice for the Pilgrims as Redditch caved in at the Valley Stadium.
Miles Hunter, Spencer Weir-Daley and Ryan Semple also scored.
Joint-manager Rob Scott told BBC Lincolnshire: "I would happily take 35 1-0 wins across the season, but the team performance today was fantastic."
The victory maintained Boston's 100% record and leaves them as joint leaders in Blue Square Bet North, level on points and goal difference with AFC Telford.
Scott added: "To come here and do that, having three players chasing hat-tricks, is outstanding but it's still early days.
"We wanted to get three wins from our first three games and we've done that. The bonuses are keeping clean sheets and scoring so many goals.
"It's going well for us but we're not naive enough to think that we'll win the league in August.
"People will start saying things about us but I'm not interested in that. We just have to keep our heads and enjoy the ride."
Elsewhere in Blue Square Bet North Gainsborough Trinity crashed to a 5-0 defeat by AFC Telford at the Northolme.
In the Evo-Stik League Division One South, Matt Glass scored the game's only goal as Grantham Town began their season with a 1-0 victory over Romulus at the Meres.
Spalding United were 2-0 up inside 15 minutes at Leek Town through Andy White and Tony Onokah, but the Tulips conceded twice in the final 15 minutes as they were held to a 2-2 draw.
Lincoln United were beaten 3-0 at Carlton Town while Stamford lost 4-0 at home to Kidsgrove Athletic.
