Chelmsford City's manager Glenn Pennyfather is backing new signing Sam Higgins to shine after the striker scored his first goal for the club.
Higgins found the net as City maintained their 100% start to the season with a 3-0 win over Woking.
Pennyfather told BBC Essex: "We have a great belief in him, that's why we brought him to the club and we knew he'd score goals."
Higgins came through the youth academies at Millwall and Southend.
"You can see from his willingness and his eagerness, and his clever runs, how many problems he caused experienced centre-halves," added Pennyfather.
"He's got a super future in the game."
