Bath City sealed a 3-0 aggregate win over Chelmsford City to set up a Blue Square South play-off final tie with Woking, who beat Dover.
Kaid Mohammed sealed Bath's place in the final by stabbing home from close range early in the second half to secure a 1-0 victory.
Clarets keeper Ashley Harrison received a red card late on after bringing down Darren Edwards as he ran in on goal.
Bath will face Woking in the play-off final on Sunday, 9 May.
