Chippenham's Ross Adams happy to be play-off underdogs
Ross Adams signed for Chippenham Town in 2005
Chippenham captain Ross Adams hopes to lead the club out of the Southern League, but is aware his side face a huge task.
For the fourth time in six seasons the Bluebirds have made the Premier Division play-offs and travel to Nuneaton in Saturday's final.
Nuneaton ended the regular campaign second with Chippenham in third.
"They obviously finished second for a reason. They're a good side with good players," Adams told BBC Wiltshire.
"Going to Nuneaton we've got nothing to lose so it takes a bit of pressure of us. We haven't got the crowd we would have at home."
If we go there and play like we have been playing we've got a great chance

Having just signed for the club, Adams watched the 2005 final defeat to Hednesford from the Hardenhuish Park stands, before being part of the side that lost the final 12 months later at home to Bedford.
The full-back was then sent-off in the 2008 semi-final loss at Halesowen.
Whilst he knows how difficult a trip to Nuneaton will be, he hopes their tag as underdogs will be a positive one for them.
"It's a complete one-off, league form goes out of the window," added Adams.
"If we go there and play like we have been playing we've got a great chance, but cant take anything for granted."
Chippenham beat Nuneaton on the opening day 2-1 at home, and were the only side to win at Liberty Way, returning to Wiltshire with a 1-0 victory in April.
If the Bluebirds make it a hat-trick of successes against them, they will earn promotion to Blue Square South.
