Tonbridge Angels manager Tommy Warrilow insists he will stay at the club despite facing further budget cuts.
A board meeting this week at the Ryman League Premier Division club could lead to further player departures.
Leading scorer Carl Rook and Steve Ferguson have already left Longmead this season but Warrilow told BBC Radio Kent: "I'm here for the fight.
"It's difficult, but these situations are sent to test a manager. The club's survival is all that matters."
Warrilow, who is in his third season in charge at Longmead, added: "I'm as frustrated as our supporters but the club needs sorting out.
"We have a depleted squad, which means we're short of numbers and that presents me with another challenge.
"There are 48 points to play for and, as I said before, I'm positive and up for the fight."
