Ryman League side Carshalton Athletic came from behind to earn a replay with Worcester City in Monday's FA Trophy tie at St George's Lane.
Barry Stephens struck the post for the visitors midway through the first half and Rashid Kamara forced a save from Jake Meredith just before the break.
Marco Adaggio put City ahead early in the second half but Stephens equalised 20 minutes from time.
Worcester manager Richard Dryden was sacked shortly after the final whistle.
