Worcester City assistant manager Carl Heeley has warned his squad there could be changes if results do not improve over Christmas.
Worcester sit just above the relegation zone as they entertain Maidenhead in Blue Square South.
Heeley told BBC Hereford and Worcester they would need to improve.
"We need to make ruthless decisions if we feel we are not going to get a change. We may have to move some players on," he said.
"It's not going to happen over the next couple of weeks, as manager want to keep as many players available as possible of the Christmas period.
"We don't want to get ourselves in a position where we are relying on other teams to lose."
Heeley believes they have defended well in most games, but feels they have not scored enough goals - netting just 22 in 21 league games.
"We have tried to improve the attacking options," added Heeley.
"We bought in Marvin Brown from Weston but that didn't really work.
"Now Danny (Carey - Bertram) has come in from Telford, but he was suspended for the Trophy. But give him a run of games and let's see if it changes out fortunes.
"We have to win the home games, but it is a confidence thing, it is a belief and losing becomes a habit.
"Shabir Khan is back but has had a lot of football, apart from that everybody is fit."
Worcester City v Maidenhead United on Saturday 19 December (1500 GMT) will be featured in Sport on Saturday on BBC Hereford and Worcester.
