Northside Bridge with Workington's floodlights in the background
Workington Reds' Blue Square North match with Eastwood Town will go ahead at Borough Park on Saturday despite heavy flooding in the area.
The town has been badly affected by floods during the last 10 days but the club expects its pitch to be playable.
A minute's silence will be held before the game in memory of PC Bill Barker who died when the Northside Bridge collapsed yards away from Borough Park.
Workington go into the game in 11th place with Eastwood in second.
A statement on the club's website said: "The directors of Workington AFC would like to thank Eastwood Town for their kind offer to switch the tie to Coronation Park, but it was decided to hold the game at Borough Park.
"All services were restored to Borough Park on Monday and with the flood defences surrounding Borough Park holding firm, the pitch, though very wet at the moment, should be perfectly playable for Saturday's fixture."
