Telford striker Matt Nolan came on as a second-half substitute to score the only goal of the game to earn the Bucks their third away victory.
Nolan replaced striker Andy Brown who left the field after injuring his ribs. Nolan scored after 71 minutes, notching up his second goal of the season.
"It was another frustrating day, but it's three points," manager Rob Smith told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"It was a fantastic goal by Matt, that's what he's capable of."
The Bucks now have injury concerns with defender Lee Vaughan (groin) and Andy Brown (ribs) both doubts for their next match. Midfielder Carl Rodgers is also unavailable as he starts a suspension.
