Shrewsbury secured a comfortable win at strugglers Accrington Stanley.
The visitors took an early lead with a Steve Leslie penalty after Dean Winnard had tugged Dave Hibbert's shirt.
Defender Kelvin Langmead cleared Sean McConville's strike off the line and then went up the other end to head in Leslie's corner to double the lead.
Stanley striker Michael Symes fired home to give the hosts hope but after Bobby Grant hit the post, Hibbert poked in a late third to ensure the victory.
