Worcester City goalkeeper Danny McDonnell has announced his retirement from all football after 362 appearances for the Blue Square South club.
McDonnell, 35, joined City in 2000 and was regarded as being among the best goalkeepers in non-league football.
He had stepped down as first-choice keeper at the end of last season, but was due to stay on in a coaching role.
McDonnell has since decided his family commitments mean he is unable to dedicate enough time to football.
