Blue Square Premier side Kidderminster Harriers have signed former Nottingham Forest central defender Tom Sharpe.
The 20-year-old was released by Forest at the end of last season and has impressed Harriers manager Mark Yates in his five pre-season appearances.
"He's been excellent and he's another player who wants a chance to do well," Yates told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
Sharpe, who is a product of the Forest academy, made no first-team appearances for the Championship side.
Meanwhile, Harriers midfielder Sam Foley has left Aggborough to join Newport County.
The 22-year-old spent a spell on loan with the Blue Square South side last season.
