Nantwich into play-off final

Nantwich remain on course for three successive promotions after a 2-1 win over Guiseley in the Unibond Premier League play-off semi-final.

Michael Lennon gave Town the lead before Adam Muller equalised to send the match into extra time.

Dave Walker won the match with seven minutes to go, securing Nantwich's place in Saturday's final at Ilkeston.

Nantwich manager Steve Davies told BBC Radio Stoke:"We've got there now and we know we've got to do."

The Dabbers are one game away from playing in the Blue Square North next season and Davies says he's not going to plan too far ahead.

"We've won things in the past and it's got everyone's expectations that we should win every game but if we can pull it off on Saturday, then we'll look at things at the end of the season."

Nantwich Town chairman Clive Jackson announced that as a thank you to the fans, the club are providing transport to Ilkeston for just a £1.
