Blue Square South outfit Thurrock have completed the signing of midfielder Leon Lalite from Ryman League Premier Division side Harlow Town.

The 28-year-old will go straight into the squad for Saturday's match away at mid-table Worcester City.

Lalite made over 250 appearances for Harlow after joining them in 2003 and he has also played for Barnet, Stevenage and Waltham Forest.

Thurrock are 20th in the league, three points adrift of safety.
