Former boxing promoter Neil Featherby has been appointed director of football at King's Lynn.

Featherby will be a major shareholder on the Linnets' board along with a currently un-named partner, hoping to secure Lynn's Blue Square North status.

King's Lynn chairman Ken Bobbins is planning to meet a third party on Monday with a view to appointing them financial director.

Featherby has acted as a representative for many of The Linnets' signings.
