Evans has started just three games for Manchester City this season
Norwich City manager Bryan Gunn has admitted that he would like to bring Manchester City striker Ched Evans back to the club on loan.
Evans scored 10 goals in a six-month spell at Carrow Road last season.
Gunn told BBC Radio Norfolk: "Yes, he would be one, if available, if Manchester City would let him out on loan for the remainder of the season.
"Lots of clubs will be interested, it'll be Manchester City that make that decision, not me."
Already this season the 20-year-old Wales international has been linked with permanent moves to Cardiff and Celtic, as well as reported recent interest from Nottingham Forest.
And Gunn admitted that signing a player of Evans' quality would be a big boost to any Championship club.
"All clubs in the bottom ten will be looking to strengthen their squads, maybe to get new faces in to help them get away from that relegation area," said Gunn.
"I would imagine that every club in our division would be wanting the likes of Ched Evans in their squad.
"There are other players out there who we'd be interested in as well, we will keep making phone calls and hope that we will strike it lucky with one or two of them," he added.
