Adams' side have beaten three higher-division opposition so far in the shield
Telford are looking to add Barrow to the long list of Blue Square Premier teams they have beaten in the Setanta Shield when they meet at Holker Street.
The Bucks have knocked out Cambridge, Burton and Kettering from the top flight of non-league in booking their place in the Northern Area final.
Midfielder Jon Adams told BBC Radio Shropshire: "We've shown we can compete against these teams.
"We're going to go there and give it a go. We've come this far, let's win it."
Barrow breezed past Telford in last season's play-offs in the Blue Square North winning 4-0 on aggregate in front of 4,000 fans at the New Bucks head on their way to beating Stalybridge in the final.
Telford will be without defenders Gavin Cowan and Lee Vaughan through suspension and midfielder Liam Blakeman is struggling to recover from a leg injury he picked up against Tamworth.
