King's Lynn are in the hat for the first round draw in the FA Trophy after a tight win at The Walks.
Man-of-the-match Bradley Thomas' 55th-minute goal sealed a match that Lynn should have secured much earlier.
Goals from Julian Joachim and Simon Weaver had given Lynn a first-half lead, but just as they had at Gateshead on Wednesday, they let the lead slip.
Carl Palmer and substitute Mark McGhee netted either side of the break before the home side eventually settled it.
King's Lynn manager Keith Webb told BBC Radio Norfolk:
"It was a supporter's dream and a manager's nightmare to be perfectly honest.
"You go 2-0 up and think, 'let's just see out half-time,' but no sooner had we got that second goal then they made a substitution and went and got one back.
"You tell them to concentrate and expect a blast from them when you go out, they nod their heads, then go out and do exactly the opposite for them to equalise.
"Having said that once we settled down a bit we started to get control of it again and it was good to see a goal from Bradley Thomas."
