Brackley Town winger Tom Winters says he is focused on maintaining his early-season form rather than thinking about his future at St James Park.
The ex-Oxford United trainee has hit four goals so far in the British Gas Business League Premier Division.
Several Football League clubs have been watching the 22-year-old.
But Winters told BBC Oxford: "I am under contract for the rest of this season and I just want to get my head down here and do as well as I can."
Winters also believes his Brackley team-mates deserve some of the credit for his performances.
He added: "I'm a confidence player and all the lads around me get right behind me which helps me loads."
