Lowestoft Town beat AFC Sudbury on penalties while Dereham were beaten 1-0 at Stamford.
On Saturday at 2-0 up we were maybe a bit arrogant
Wroxham captain Graham Challen
Wroxham had thrown away a 2-0 lead in the first meeting with Great Yarmouth at The Wellesley and Challen felt that experience made them determined to finish the job.
Challen said: "We thought we were going to win by three or four on Saturday at 2-0 up if we're honest, we were maybe a bit arrogant.
"Going 2-0 up tonight we didn't want to make the same mistakes."
Lowestoft Town needed penalties to complete a shock win over their Suffolk rivals.
The Trawlerboys, who reached the final of the FA Vase last season, won the shoot-out 4-1 after a 2-2 draw on the night.
