Matt Dinsmore hit his first goal of the season for City
Worcester City maintained their winning start to life in Blue Square South with a 2-0 home victory over St Albans.
Goals from Marco Adaggio, his second in as many games, and Matt Dinsmore earned the three points at St George's Lane.
And Dinsmore paid tribute to his fellow striker, admitting: "The headlines should be about Marco as he had another great game.
"As long as we can keep all our players we can do well in this league," he told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
Monday night's victory followed Saturday's opening day win at Bognor Regis when Adaggio's last-minute winner also earned all three points - to mark a successful switch for Worcester to their new league.
Richard Dryden's men would even have gone top of the fledgling early season table on goals scored, but for an injury-time strike for Chelmsford against Fisher Athletic.
