JS Kabylie claimed their twelfth Algerian league title on Thursday with an emphatic 3-0 win over US Chaouia.
Defending champions USMA's challenge for the title ended when they lost 2-1 to NA Hussein-Dey.
Congo striker Wilfrid Endzanga scored twice for Kabylie as they opened up a six-point lead at the top with just one round of matches remaining.
Hussein-Dey moved into third place but cannot catch USMA who will go into next year's African Champions League competition along with JS Kabylie.
Tunisia Esperance are eight points clear at the top after beating US Monastir 2-0 at the El Menzah Stadium on Wednesday.

Defending champions Enyimba returned triumphant to domestic action after their Champions League set back against Petro Luanda of Angola last weekend.
Enyimba defeated Julius Berger 2-0 in Aba on Wednesday, with Chukwudi Nwogu scoring in the 30th minute.
The points were secured three minutes from time by Bob Osim who scored from the penalty spot.
The game between league leaders Dolphins of Port Harcourt and Lobi Stars of Makurdi, also played on Wednesday, was abandoned in the 53rd minute.
Lobi Stars protested Dolphins' third goal and the referee called off the game after the game failed to resume.
Lobi were two goals behind when Ladi Gasper pulled a goal back with a header.
But Dolphins striker Bola Bello scored their third goal after Victor Ezeji and Kennedy Boboye had put them 2-0 up by the 35th minute.
Dolphins' lead has also been extended to nine points after the Nigeria FA declared them winners of the game against Plateau United on 17 April, which was marred by violence.
Plateau United have been banned from their Jos ground for three games and their chairman has been suspended from attending all NFA organised games for the rest of the season.

It is Zamalek's 11th title and they clinched the championship with four games remaining and a 13-point gap ahead of Ahly.
Ahly finished the game with 10 men after defender Ahmed Al Sayed was sent-off in the 13th minute.
AngolaPetro Luanda climbed to top of the standings after beating Academica Lobito 2-0 in Namibe on Wednesday.
Striker Flavio put his side into the lead in the 18th minute, with Taty scoring the second just before the end.
Petro's win puts them one point ahead of Inter Clube who defeated titleholders AS Aviacao 2-0 on Sunday.
Aviacao are now fourth with 21 points and Sagrada Esperanca in third place.
The situation in the standings now means there will be a top-of-the-table clash between Petro and Inter who face each other in this weekend's round of games.
