Guernsey coach Tony Vance has named three new players among his 16-man squad ahead of the Muratti semi-final against Alderney this weekend.

Goalkeeper Chris Tardif, defender Angus Mackay and midfielder Scott Bougourd all come into the side.

However, Tom Strawbridge and Alex Le Prevost, who represented England in the UEFA Regions Cup in Croatia, miss out through injury.

Guernsey won 5-0 on their most recent visit to Alderney in 2009.

Coach Vance told BBC Guernsey: "It was difficult to chose a squad to be honest as everyone has put in a valid case to be picked.

"Ultimately I've picked the guys who I think can do the job for this particular match.

"It's important we get a result. Alderney is a difficult game and at some point they're going to cause an upset.

"We hope it's not against us this year," he added.

Guernsey Muratti squad in full:

Chris Tardif, Jody Bisson, Joby Bourgaize, Ollie McKenzie, Angus Mackay, Sam Cochrane, Jamie Dodd, Jacques Isabelle, Ben Coulter, Matt Warren, Glyn Dyer, Scott Bougourd, Ross Allen, Simon Tostevin, Dominic Heaume, Craig Young.
