Truro City are out of the Southern League Cup after losing to Bideford at Treyew Road on Tuesday.

Bideford enjoyed the bulk of possession and territory in the first period and were rewarded with a Ellis Laight goal midway through the half.

On the stroke of half-time, Truro's Les Afful won a penalty, but Stewart Yetton was unable to convert.

Truro struggled to muster any clear cut chances after the break as Bideford strolled into the next round.
