St Georges beat Rushen United 5-0 at Croit Lowey on Wednesday, to leave the defending champions with no points from their first two matches.
A Chris Bass hat-trick and goals from Ciaran McNulty and Sam Caine mean St Georges, in contrast, have won both their opening games.
Meanwhile, Steven Priestnal netted four goals as St Marys thrashed Gymns 6-1 to move top on goal difference.
Peel and Ayre United have also won both their opening games.
The westerners won 2-1 away at Castletown while Ayre beat local rivals Ramsey at Ballacloan.
Elsewhere, Laxey beat Michael United 4-1 and Old Boys beat Douglas Royal 5-2.
