Sylvans women's team completed the double by beating Vale Recreation 10-2 in the final of the women's knock-out cup at Northfield on Thursday.
It was the third successive time the side have lifted the cup, having beaten Rovers and St Martin's in the previous two finals.
Clare Rouget was the star player, scoring five goals.
Sylvans were undefeated in the league, having only one draw, a 3-3 tie with Rovers in February.
Sylvans have one game to play in the season, when they face Jersey divisional champions St Paul's in the women's Upton on 18 April.
