Steven Priestnal opened the scoring from the spot before Martin Reilly added a second in the second half.
Meanwhile, Rushen and Gymnasium both recorded victories to keep up their own 100% records.
Rushen defeated Ramsey 2-0 at Ballacloan Stadium whilst Gymns beat Union Mills 6-3 at home.
Elsewhere, Peel got their first win of the season with a 3-0 victory over Laxey at Douglas Road and St George's bounced back from an opening-day defeat with a 5-0 home win over Michael.
Castletown's return to the top flight ended in defeat as Corinthians won 3-1 at the Stadium.
