Guernsey beat the Kent County League 6-0 in the first round of the National League Systems Cup.
Ross Allen scored a hat-trick, while Dave Rihoy added two and Craig Young netted for the island side, playing as a league representative outfit.
Guernsey manager Tony Vance told BBC Guernsey: "It's one of those days where everything clicked.
"You don't get anything if you don't work hard and that's what they did - the tempo was fantastic."
Guernsey reached the semi-finals in 2006 and beat Jersey at the same stage last time out.
"It's a massive prize to be honest," said Vance.
"The winners go on to represent England in a European competition where you play clubs from those respective countries."
