Jonas Olsson joined the Baggies from NEC Nijmegen in August
Jonas Olsson has given West Bromwich Albion a timely boost by declaring himself fit for their battle against relegation from the Premier League.
Centre-back Olsson has been out since January with a knee injury but has now returned to full training.
Olsson told the club's website: "The important thing is that the knee feels good and it feels good to be back out on the training field again."
He is aiming for next Monday night's trip to play West Ham (16 March).
"West Ham was my first game for West Brom," said Olsson. "And, in some ways, playing against them after so long will feel like another debut."
Olsson is set to feature in the reserve team to play Stoke City at The Hawthorns this Monday night (9 March), alongside loan signing Juan-Carlos Menseguez, Filipe Teixeira, Marek Cech and Do-Heon Kim.
