Portuguese Club are just one win away from at least a share of the Jersey Championship title after winning 5-0 at St Brelade on Saturday.
Two goals from Jose-Manuel Vieira and one each from Ricardo Perreira, Joao Mendonca and Artur Calaca mean they have won 13 games in a row.
If Portuguese win their next match they will guarantee at least a play-off for the inaugural Championship title.
If they gain one more point after that they will become the champions.
Elsewhere the pack chasing Portuguese all kept up the pressure with victories.
Second-placed Magpies beat Jersey Nomads 1-0 thanks to Jon Carter's goal, while third-placed First Tower United edged past third-from-bottom St John 2-1.
Kieran Lester and Aaron Gouveia scored for Tower, Luke Bichard replying for St John. Fourth-placed St Clement beat Beeches 5-2.
All three teams are still in with a decent chance of going up, although next week's showdown between Tower and Magpies at La Hague Manor will go a long way to deciding who will win promotion.
In the day's other game, second-from-bottom St Lawrence ensured bottom side St Martin/SCF continued their winless run after beating them 5-1, Nathan Strzelecki hitting a hat-trick.
