Jersey's Premiership title race is still wide open after reigning champions St Paul's came away from leaders Trinity with a 0-0 draw.

It means one point still separates the two sides with four games to go.

Trinity face two of the relegation-threatened sides in their final four games while Saints still have to face third-placed Jersey Scottish.

At the bottom Sporting Academics are all but relegated after going down 3-1 at St Ouen.

Shane Carre, Scott Quarrell and Jon Evans scored for St Ouen, with Jamie Roberts replying for Accies. The defeat leaves Accies six points from safety with nine points left to play for.

In the race to avoid the second relegation spot, Rozel Rovers opened up a one-point advantage over Jersey Wanderers after a good 1-1 draw at home to fourth-placed St Peter, former St Peter manager Steve Coutanche netting Rovers' goal against his old club.

Jersey Wanderers now occupy the second relegation spot after going down 3-2 to fifth-placed Grouville at Le Boulivot.

Grouville scored through Mick McParland, Peter Hall and a Russell Le Feuvre penalty while Barry Keith and Stephen Reed replied for Wanderers.
