Business and Sunday league sides are worried about the GFA's plans
Guernsey Football Association will hold talks with business and Sunday football leagues in the wake of plans to re-vamp the structure of island football.
Clubs are worried they could fold because the GFA's new plans call for players to only play for one club.
Many of the teams in the business and Sunday leagues draw players who also play in the Priaulx of Jackson leagues.
Plans to merge the leagues with the Railway League and create one social league is also being discussed.
The meeting is scheduled for Monday with the aim of reaching an agreement before the GFA's annual meeting on Thursday 19 June.
Railway League sides such as Port City and the Police have already raised concerns that they could struggle next season if players are restricted to playing for one club.
GFA Chairman Dave Nussbaumer resigned on Tuesday night over the continued resistance to the plans.
Top-flight clubs are unhappy at proposals to replace the under-18's Youth One league with one for 16 to 23-year-olds.
