Northamptonshire captain Andrew Hall says they are aiming to improve on last year's campaign in the Twenty20. The Steelbacks reached the Finals Day at Edgbaston in 2009, but they were knocked out by eventual winners Sussex Sharks at the semi-final stage. Hall told BBC Radio Northampton: "We're working on how to improve on last year. "We want to excel in the Twenty20. Last year, we didn't have David Sales and we didn't have Chaminda Vaas. We have the guys to go further." Northants are in the T20 North Group with Derbyshire, Durham, Lancashire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Yorkshire. They start the T20 against Warwickshire Bears on Thursday 3 June at BST 1730.
