Cronkbourne clinched second place in the Premiership after a thrilling victory over bottom side Crosby at Tromode on Sunday. Crosby batted first and made a solid 180-7 as Simon Watson hit 40 and Jacob Hicklin cracked a vigorous 37. The Douglas side then chased down their target to win with just one over and one wicket remaining. Cronkbourne's Jeff Levin struck 34 and Richard Sissons made 38 to guarantee them a second-place finish. Meanwhile, 2009 champions St John's ended their league programme in style with a 110-run win against Castletown, while Ramsey returned to winning ways against Loaghtyn.
