Jersey's cricketers look to have a tough start to their World League Division Four tournament in Tanzania next month. The island side open up with a match against the home team on Saturday, 4 October and a game with Division Five winners Afghanistan the next day. They then face Italy on the Tuesday, a side they beat to claim Associate member status two years ago. Their final two group games see the island side face Fiji and Hong Kong. All six sides play in one round robin style tournament, with the top two playing each other in the final on Saturday, 11 October with third playing fourth and fifth playing sixth on the same day. The top two sides from the tournament will win promotion to the World Cricket League Division Three tournament in Argentina in January.
