Commonwealth light middleweight champion Bradley Pryce has acknowledged the return to Enzo Calzaghe's gym for getting his career back on track. The Newport man, 25, left the camp in 2004 after out-of-ring problems that saw him lose his boxing licence.
But he returned last year and is now targeting a world title.
"I'm fighting out of one of the hardest and best gyms in Britain," said Pryce, who makes the second defence of his belt in Newport on 18 November.
"My last two fights under Enzo have been really good, Welsh boxing is on the up.
"I'll get this defence out of the way, then I'd like to go for a world title.

"I'd love to fight in the USA, I think they'd like my style."
Pryce's fight - against an as-yet unnamed opponent - will be chief support to Gary Lockett's WBU middleweight title defence at the Newport Sports Centre.
'Sweet Sugar' Pryce's record stands at 22-6 (14 KOs).
"Bradley's always been a class act, but he's let himself down in the past and he lost his way for a while," said Enzo Calzaghe.
"He's a better boxer than he is a puncher, but it took him a while to realise that.
"He's got the macho thing out of his system now and he's listening well.
"The last two fights have been tremendous, I'm looking for him to make some big leaps and get to one of the four major world titles."
Pryce has been nominated as the mandatory challenger to British light middleweight champion Jamie Moore.
