Lions watch - Lee Byrne

Lee Byrne was a constant threat for Wales

Barring injury or an alarming loss of form, Byrne will be the Lions full-back.

According to former Lions centre Jeremy Guscott, "he is the best player playing in the world right now." Some compliment, but against Scotland the Wales star showed why.

He made several scything breaks entering the line, providing a neat angle and off-load for Tom Shanklin's try, and his assurance under the high ball and depth of kicking from the back provided Wales with ample security.

VERDICT: At the heart of everything Wales did well - the Test shirt is his to lose
