Tom Shanklin has won 47 caps for Wales and is showing every indication that he will reach the half-century mark in the Six Nations.
The 28-year-old is mean and clever in defence, but more than capable of finding an opening with his pace and power when it is his turn to attack.
Although Cardiff Blues lost narrowly at home to Edinburgh on Friday, the result was no reflection on Shanklin who showed that extra bit of quality in difficult conditions.
Our verdict: STEAMING
606: Who's hot, who's not?
