Scotland captain White is continuing to put in the tackles at the heart of the Sale team, despite their reverse against London Irish on Sunday.
The 29-year-old blind-side has recovered from the serious knee injury which kept him out of the 2007 Six Nations and also hampered his preparations for the World Cup.
And, while playing against top players in England's Premiership, he just seems to be getting better in every game.
