British sailing has bags of talent and after an Athens gold alongside Shirley Robertson and Sarah Webb, the pressure is on Ayton to do it again.
She first hit the waters in Middlesex aged six, where she developed her skills at the Queen Mary Sailing Club.
Having just pipped Olympic team-mate Robertson to a world medal, the 27-year-old from Weymouth is in ship-shape form.
Commenting recently on her Olympic team preparations which involves losing 5kg: "It is just going to be rocket and spinach and three grumpy girls." Now that's commitment.
