Craig Fallon - Judo
Britain's men have had a bit of a barren spell in judo but Fallon blew that away in 2005 when he was crowned world champion in the 60kg weight class in Cairo.
Things got even better in Finland last year when he became Britain's first male European judo champion in 10 years in the 69kg category.
Fallon and Olympic medallist Neil Adams are the only Brits to hold the European and world titles.
The motto of the 23-year-old from Wolverhampton is: 'If something is worth doing then do it properly because that brings success.' Strong words, strong hands.
